Cleaned and check furnace check heat exchanger discovered no defects at this time discovered heat spots ,cleaned burners cleaned flame sensor cleaned cabinet ohmed out igintor check amp draws on inducer draft motor and blower motor check all safety switches cycled furnace co reading was 0 ppm

Tech return for tomorrow between 8-11 am to replace gas valve , also discovered water spots on circuit board recommended to replace circuit board humidifier was leaking on into furance also need to replace water panel#35 as well,recommended annual maintenance on furnace and ac system,call this number 630-373-6119 when on way. Tech return. 3-15-17 Installed a new 2 stage gas valve and #35 water panel. Cycled the furnace into 2nd stage with normal operation. Cycled the humidifier with no water leaks after water panel change.
